Join our dynamic team in Noida, India, as an AI Engineer or Senior AI Engineer, and play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions for large-scale, high-performance systems.
This is a permanent job opportunity requiring 2 to 6 years of product development experience.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
1. Strong AI/ML Engineering Skills:
- Hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, optimizing, and serving AI models in production environments.
- Proficiency in integrating AI models into lending workflows and APIs.
- Expertise in Large Language Model (LLM) prompt engineering, tool calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and handling structured outputs.
2. ML Ops & Cloud Deployment Expertise:
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI models.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in AI deployments.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services, particularly on AWS.
3. AI Software & API Integration:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript programming.
- Experience in building APIs for real-time AI model serving, crucial for lending and risk assessment applications.
- Familiarity with serverless AI architectures and event-driven workflow patterns.
- Experience working with Vector Databases and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) or NoSQL databases.
4. AI Infrastructure & Scaling:
- Knowledge of efficiently managing AI workloads, focusing on low latency and high availability.
- Experience with GPU acceleration and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preference for candidates from a product-based company background.
- Minimum of 60% academic record throughout education, including the highest qualification.
- Strong programming skills in Python / TypeScript and experience in API development.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI model deployment, scaling, and performance optimization techniques.
