As a builder who ships immediately, you will create internal tools that accelerate company operations and develop features for our flagship AI platform under the mentorship of senior engineers.

• Product Features: Build core product capabilities for our AI-native operating system, directly impacting the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create internal productivity tools with genuine user impact.
• Develop features on our core product under the Lead AI Engineer's direction.
• Maintain clean documentation to enable team scalability and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile:

• You have built, shipped, and deployed software through work or serious personal projects that real people use.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to write, read, and maintain code efficiently.
• Frequent user of AI coding tools as a standard part of your development workflow.
• Comfortable taking direction while owning outcomes without heavy structural oversight.
