Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation autonomous and agentic systems for global clients. In this role, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering, and cognitive architectures.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, task decomposition, and adaptive behavior.
• Design cognitive architectures, memory systems, and planning algorithms for goal-driven agents.
• Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models), symbolic reasoning, and other AI components into cohesive frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy agents in production environments.
• Optimize performance for scalability, latency, and robustness.
• Evaluate agent behavior, adaptability, and long-term autonomy through experiments.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML software development (autonomous agents/AI planning).
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with LangChain, Auto Gen, or custom agentic toolkits.
• Experience with LLMs and transformers for agent workflows.
• Solid understanding of reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, symbolic reasoning, or decision-making systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Published work in agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
• Open-source contributions to agentic AI tools.
