Artificial Intelligence Engineer

NIHT is seeking an experienced AI Engineer Trainer to join their team in Kolkata, India. This role requires a practical, hands-on approach to Artificial Intelligence and development, with at least one year of relevant IT experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at building, deploying, and clearly explaining real-world AI solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding beyond theoretical concepts. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging, practical training sessions on AI and automation, assisting in the development of AI-based solutions, and keeping sessions interactive. Proficiency in full-stack development, including Node.js, Next.js, Python/JavaScript, REST APIs, and GitHub, is essential. Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, along with deployment knowledge, is required. A solid understanding of AI concepts such as RAG, Embedding, and Vibe coding, and automation tools like n8n, Google AI Studio, Codex, and Claude Code is crucial. Key AI skills include Prompt Engineering, Workflow Automation, and LLM & RAG. The role demands excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
