Full Job Description
Aeonx Digital Technology is seeking talented Artificial Intelligence (AI) Programmers/Developers to join its dynamic Product Development team. This pivotal role involves the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML-driven features across their comprehensive SaaS product suite. As a hands-on contributor, you will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to architect and implement intelligent, scalable solutions that address complex enterprise challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate advanced AI/ML models and Agentic AI workflows into Aeonx's SaaS product portfolio, including SupplierX, OrderX, ManuFex, Logystix, and Xpense.
- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) based applications utilizing modern frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices to effectively serve AI models in production environments.
- Implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, manage vector databases, and establish semantic search capabilities.
- Leverage cloud platforms, primarily Amazon Web Services (AWS), for the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI services.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to seamlessly integrate AI-driven features into intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Execute comprehensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for diverse use cases spanning Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and thorough documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices; actively participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions and R&D sprints.
- Support rapid prototyping and the development of Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions for novel AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a closely related academic field.
- 1 to 4 years of practical, hands-on experience in AI/ML development or full-stack development with a pronounced AI focus.
- Expert proficiency in Python, complemented by experience with leading frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
- Working knowledge of major LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or various open-source model alternatives.
- Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with popular vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development principles, with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, and Bedrock, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Good understanding of version control with Git, containerization using Docker, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
