We seek motivated candidates with 0-1 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, or operations, who are passionate about applying AI to real-world business challenges in logistics. This role provides an excellent opportunity to explore and develop use cases with the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business and operational problems solvable with AI.
• Develop use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, automation, and digital workflows.
• Support the creation of prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate effectively with business, operations, product, and technology teams.
• Contribute to reducing manual effort and enhancing process efficiency through AI solutions.
• Research new AI tools, frameworks, and practical applications.
• Participate in testing, implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, operations, or related fields.
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, GenAI, LLMs, and automation.
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to experiment.
• Fast learner with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
• Good communication skills and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Preferred Background

• B.Tech from a Tier 1 college (IIT, IIIT, BITS, or NIT) is preferred.
• Experience in software development, coding, or scripting.
• Background in process improvement or workflow automation.
• Involvement in digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of operations and business processes.
• Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, or personal AI projects.
