Job Overview

HDFC Life is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Manager to join our agency channel in Pune and Mumbai. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our market reach by recruiting, training, and activating insurance advisors to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales performance through effective agency channel management.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance advisors.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with the advisor network.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and maintain high business quality standards.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of proven experience in the BFSI, agency, or life insurance sales sector.
• Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
• Strong sales orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
