Role & responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic selling of residential plots. Key duties include identifying potential leads in key markets (Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai), conducting property presentations to investors and homebuyers, closing deals effectively, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with 2-5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals within the Indian property market.
