Architecture Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a Manager – Architect for luxury villa projects located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and executing high-end luxury villas, premium residences, and luxury resorts. You must understand architectural design, interior coordination, construction methodologies, and project execution to translate concepts into exceptional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Support development of concepts for high-end luxury villas and premium residential properties in New Delhi.
• Luxury Villa Expertise: Ensure designs reflect premium aesthetics, functionality, space planning, and high-quality standards tailored to the Indian market.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, IT, and other technical consultants for seamless project execution in Delhi.
• Interior Design Collaboration: Work closely on layouts, finishes, material selection, and detailing to deliver cohesive luxury spaces.
• Project Planning & Execution: Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within New Delhi timelines.
• Tech Documentation: Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, design briefs, and material schedules using AutoCAD.
• Site Coordination: Ensure accurate implementation of architectural intent during construction and fit-out in local sites.
• Consultant Management: Coordinate with external architects and specialist agencies to ensure quality deliverables.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Present concepts, address requirements, and secure approvals from internal stakeholders.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to building regulations, statutory requirements, and construction standards applicable in Delhi/NCR.
