Job Title: Architect II - Agentic AI

Location: Hybrid position in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune. This role operates on an APAC shift.

Insight Enterprises is seeking a skilled and hands-on AI Agent Architect to design and implement sophisticated Agentic AI systems. These systems will feature task-specific autonomous agents coordinated by a master agent, designed to support intricate technical decision-making within industrial environments.

This is a crucial individual contributor role requiring the ability to independently deliver end-to-end intelligent agents. These agents will process natural language queries and produce accurate, context-aware outputs by interacting with structured and unstructured data, APIs, and analytical engines.

As an Architect II, you will:

• Architect and develop a multi-agent AI framework for coordinating autonomous agents to address domain-specific technical queries.
• Utilize LLMs, NLP, and tool-based reasoning to automate data extraction, analysis, and insight generation.
• Build agents capable of integrating with engineering tools, simulators, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure agent behavior aligns with technical expectations and constraints.

What we are looking for:

• Proven expertise in building Agentic AI architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom solutions.
• Solid understanding of LLM-based NLP, prompt engineering, and context-aware reasoning.
• Advanced Python programming skills and experience deploying AI workflows in cloud or containerized environments.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, data models, and external toolchains across complex systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional setting with minimal supervision.
