About This Role
The Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, enhancement, and operational stability of the Archer IRM platform used across enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior technical team members to deliver Archer solutions that support critical security functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Support day-to-day administration of the Archer IRM platform; configure applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications. Manage application security via role/group configurations.
- Solution Delivery: Partner with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
- Integrations & Automation: Support Archer integrations, data feeds, imports/exports, and interfaces while monitoring system reliability.
- Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews) across all SDLC phases including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve issues impacting the NGRX-based user interface. Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems.
- User Enablement:Create technical documentation; support UAT, release validation, training activities, and guide business users to improve adoption.
