Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, focusing on collecting outstanding payments and ensuring accurate billing processes for patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers to collect payments on outstanding accounts.
• Verify insurance coverage and resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and transactions.
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the billing team to resolve discrepancies and improve collection processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
