Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AR Caller role based in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims, verifying claim status, and resolving denials or discrepancies. Daily activities include documenting interactions in billing systems, updating claim notes, and escalating complex issues to supervisors or billing specialists as needed. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement, maintaining accurate records, and meeting performance targets related to collections and follow-up. The AR Caller is expected to adhere to compliance standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to a professional, results-driven work environment.
