About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our global technical presales and solution engineering team. In this role, you will help design and build customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), Hands-On Labs (HOLs), and internal tools for Adobe Experience Cloud and AI-powered solutions.

You will collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product teams, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable experiences that support customer success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building modern applications, exploring AI technologies, and working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Solution Design & Development:Design scalable demo environments, POCs, HOLs for Adobe Experience Cloud. Build reusable frameworks/accelerators. Create end-to-end solutions integrating Adobe products, AI APIs, and third-party platforms.
• AI & Machine Learning:Develop use cases using LLMs (Claude, Cursor) and agent-based workflows. Implement vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures. Evaluate emerging technologies for rapid prototyping.
• Engineering & Coding:Develop full-stack applications, APIs, integrations across frontend/backend/cloud layers. Apply best practices in scalability, reliability, security, and accessibility. Support automation for demo provisioning.
• Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise:Work with AEM, AEP, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Commerce, Target, GenStudio, and Firefly AI solutions to create customer-focused demos aligned with business needs.
• Collaboration & Leadership:Partner globally across Solution Consulting, Product Engineering, Strategy. Mentor team members, contribute to learning initiatives, participate in bootcamps/workshops, and communicate technical concepts clearly to all audiences.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on coding (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js).
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, prompt engineering, LLMs.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Cursor), vector databases, RAG frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and digital experience technologies.
• Background in technical presales/solution consulting/demo engineering.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks.
• Built reusable assets or contributed to hackathons/open-source AI projects.
