About the Role

This entry-level Apprenticeship position supports senior professionals in collecting, validating, and reporting data to ensure organizational compliance with global sustainability standards (ESG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather ESG metrics (carbon emissions, water usage) from disclosures and reports.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing sustainability reports using frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and BRSR.
• Benchmarking: Conduct peer analysis to track emerging trends and competitor performance.
• Risk Monitoring: Track regulatory updates (SEBI/RBI) impacting ESG profiles.
• Collaboration: Work with Finance, Operations, and HR teams to integrate sustainability targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Educational Background: Graduate/3-year Diploma Holders (passed within 3 years) or recent MBA Graduates. Foreign University graduates are ineligible for this apprenticeship role.
  Note: Candidates with active NATS/NAPS contracts, J&K/West Mumbai candidates without Unique ID/Aadhaar, and those over age limit are not eligible.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or basic Python/SQL is preferred. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (UN SDGs) required.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
