As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in deploying these innovative AI agents to tackle immediate business challenges. This role involves close collaboration with customers and our internal software and machine learning engineering teams, driving impactful AI agent deployments and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our core AI platform. You will be responsible for creating intelligent AI agents, integrating them seamlessly with diverse external systems, and providing essential technical support for successful implementations. Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents utilizing Aisera's advanced AI platform and proprietary tools.
• Seamlessly integrate AI agents with external systems, including APIs, databases, and CRMs, to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Enhance agent performance through techniques such as prompt fine-tuning and configuration adjustments, and effectively troubleshoot issues within complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to accurately capture technical requirements and translate business objectives into actionable AI Agent solutions.
• Conduct engaging demonstrations and present persuasive proof-of-concept solutions to prospective clients, actively solicit feedback, and implement iterative improvements to meet defined goals.
• Establish clear project milestones, develop comprehensive implementation strategies, and coordinate execution with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, promoting best practices for the adoption and effective utilization of AI agents.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Accumulate over 5 years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or complex system integration.
• Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Java, and/or Python, with a proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Exhibit prior experience in the implementation of OAuth, OIDC, and/or JWT authorization protocols.
• Possess a foundational understanding of AI/ML principles. Expertise in prompt engineering techniques is mandatory. Direct experience in building agents using LLM frameworks like LangGraph or PydanticAI is highly desirable.
• Maintain a strong grasp of general AI agent frameworks, function calling capabilities, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methodologies. Practical experience in developing such systems is strongly preferred.
• Showcase experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and proficiency in DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, containerization, and system monitoring. Familiarity with ELK and AI monitoring tools like Langfuse is a significant advantage.
• Gain hands-on experience integrating various systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Apply data-driven approaches, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, to systematically refine and improve AI solutions.
• Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
