Applied AI ML Senior Associate

As an Applied AI ML Senior Associate, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering robust, secure, and scalable data collection, storage, access, and analytics solutions. You will develop, test, and maintain critical data pipelines and architectures to support the firm's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and operate sophisticated LLM-driven applications.
• Collaborate directly with other technology teams on LLM projects, providing guidance and assistance.
• Partner with Data Science and Cybersecurity teams to deliver state-of-the-art ML products.
• Work with DevOps engineers to plan and deploy data storage and processing systems.
• Execute creative software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting, employing innovative approaches to problem-solving.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and drive their integration into operations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in data science engineering concepts.
• Advanced Python programming skills and proven experience building and operating scalable ML-driven products.
• Azure and/or AWS Certifications (Architect, Big Data, AI/ML) with hands-on experience in both cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and Airflow.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
• Experience with the design and delivery of large-scale cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with microservices performance tuning, optimization, and real-time applications.

• Experience with financial data and data science.
• Experience developing AI solutions using agentic frameworks.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs with advanced techniques to enhance performance.
• Experience with prompt optimization to improve AI application effectiveness.
