Overview

We are seeking an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to build products from scratch. You will create websites, dashboards, AI tools, backend systems, automation utilities, and full-stack applications for our business needs.

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end full-stack applications including frontend, backend, database, auth, APIs, and deployment.
• Create websites, internal tools, dashboards, admin panels, AI-powered products, and backend systems as required by the business.
• Transform rough ideas into functional MVPs quickly while designing clean system architecture for early-stage products.
• Take full ownership of projects: planning, architecture, implementation, deployment, iteration, and maintenance.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows to enhance speed and output quality.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience building UIs using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Express, Fastify, or comparable backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, and MongoDB.
• Able to design and integrate REST APIs effectively.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control, deployment platforms (Vercel, AWS), and basic cloud tools.
• Practical system design skills tailored for early-stage products.
• Mastery of AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Chat GPT, GitHub Copilot.
  
• Ability to rapidly learn new frameworks and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without extensive hand-holding or detailed instructions for every task.

Good to Have

• Experience developing AI tools, agents, automation workflows, or LLM-based applications.
  
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI APIs.
• Deployment experience on Vercel, Render, Railway, AWS, GCP, etc.
  
• Background in building authentication systems, payment gateways, admin dashboards, analytics tools, and internal business utilities.
  
• Basic UI/UX sense to build clean interfaces without constant design support.
• Prior experience at startups, freelance roles, hackathons, or through personal projects.
