Role Overview: Applied AI Engineer II

You will actively engage in your engineering craft, building full-stack products that serve the business. Your expertise is pivotal for customer delight and driving value across Deloitte's product investments.

• Outcome-Driven Accountability: Embrace accountability for outcomes and costs. Develop solutions solving complex problems with lean designs, owning inference/token/cloud costs.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical advocate ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals across the SDLC.
• Engineering Craftsmanship: Maintain high standards for architecture fidelity, quality, and operations. Write scalable, supportable code that meets KPIs.
• Demonstrated Experience
• A bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL, and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• 3+ years building AI/ML & agentic applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph.
• Cloud-native engineering experience on Azure/AWS/GCP with FinOps practices.
