We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to advance our core generative AI capabilities through innovative model development and seamless integration into robust production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models including diffusion architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Architect and develop scalable tools and pipelines that ensure efficient, production-ready AI systems.
• Manage large-scale datasets by collecting, cleaning, analyzing them to drive significant improvements in model performance and reliability.
• Deploy and maintain high-performance AI models within cloud-based environments, prioritizing scalability, uptime, and efficiency.
• Design and deploy text-to-image generative models and LLM applications, implementing advanced prompt engineering strategies and complex multi-component workflows.
• Monitor production deployments to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Stay at the forefront of rapid developments in generative AI, contributing to internal research initiatives while applying new breakthroughs to enhance pipeline performance.
• Educate stakeholders by communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical audiences.
