Applied AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy advanced LLM-powered features for complex legal workflows. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based AI systems, developing scalable, low-latency AI services for high concurrency, and implementing robust evaluation, monitoring, and experimentation platforms. This role requires close collaboration with product, backend, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, production-grade AI solutions.

Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of AI/ML engineering experience with a proven track record of deploying LLM-based systems in production. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Python, transformer models, prompt engineering, and API-based LLM integration. Experience with vector databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is also required. We are looking for individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
