Applied AI Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a Lead Applied AI Full Stack Engineer I at Deloitte's US Technology Product Engineering team. In this hands-on, high-visibility role, you will build and enhance full-stack products that serve the business and its users.

Your Impact:

• AI & Agentic Capabilities: Leverage advanced engineering craftsmanship to build GenAI and agentic capabilities directly into our product suite. Work with modern frameworks for LLM integration, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent orchestration.
• Full-Stack Leadership: Drive a culture of accountability for customer outcomes and cost efficiency (FinOps). Design low-level architecture, manage dependencies, and ensure code integrity aligned with enterprise standards using AWS cloud services like Bedrock or Sagemaker.
• Mentorship & Standards: Serve as a technical advocate and role model. Lead requirement analysis, development, testing, and support while mentoring team members on engineering best practices (XP, Lean, DevSecOps).
