Role Overview

Flowserve is seeking an Applications Engineer based in Bengaluru to join our dynamic team. This hybrid technical and commercial role focuses on developing customized industrial solutions for our partners and clients. You will serve as a product specialist, bridging the gap between customer requirements and our internal sales, engineering, and development departments.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical and commercial support to a defined client base.
• Evaluate complex customer requests and engineer effective solution proposals.
• Perform detailed cost calculations in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of offer preparation, including technical specification and commercial terms.
• Oversee order intake, thorough review, and documentation for complete order processing.

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• Professional experience in Applications Engineering, Inside Sales, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of technical acumen.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative industrial environment.
