Full Job Description

  • Role Overview:

    • You will play a pivotal role in developing robust .NET full-stack applications, designing scalable architectures, and delivering solutions that align seamlessly with client business goals. As part of our hybrid team based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET framework, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
  • Create reusable components, modular designs, and efficient database schemas that meet both technical specifications and business needs.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Waterfall development lifecycles including code reviews, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release management.
  • Collaborate with consultants to translate ambiguous client requirements into actionable functional specs and architectural blueprints.
  • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and backend logic for speed, scalability, and security compliance.
  • Mentor junior developers, document technical artifacts (API docs, ER diagrams), and contribute to internal knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues proactively while maintaining excellent uptime metrics across cloud-native environments like Azure/AWS if applicable.

      • Additional Duties:

    • Adapt quickly to evolving project scopes, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines inherent in fast-paced IT service delivery models.
    • Foster client relationships through effective communication, empathy-driven problem-solving, and transparent progress reporting during stakeholder meetings or calls.
    • Leverage expertise in front-end frameworks (AngularJS/React), mobile dev tools (Xamarin/Swift optional but preferred), containerization basics (Docker/Kubernetes intro level welcome).
