Application Tech Support Practitioner - Noida

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Tech Support Practitioner to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and our sophisticated systems and applications. You will be dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service, utilizing exceptional communication skills to maintain the seamless operation of our world-class systems. Your ability to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge will be crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
• Ensure the quality and seamless operation of our systems.
• Accurately define client issues and interpret them to design effective resolutions.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve client challenges.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform support tasks effectively.
• Be responsible for team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions and problem-solving.
• Provide solutions to problems impacting the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
• Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
