Application Tech Support Practition...

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture in Gurugram, you will be the primary interface between clients and our advanced systems or applications. Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our world-class systems through exceptional communication and deep product knowledge. You will accurately define client issues, interpret complex technical challenges, and design effective resolutions. This role requires flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends, and demands strong analytical skills to assess and resolve technical issues. You will collaborate with and manage teams, engage with multiple departments to contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions that benefit your immediate team and cross-functional groups. Facilitating training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing is also a key responsibility, as is proactively monitoring system performance for improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Software Defined Network Implementation
• Mandatory Basic Networking Skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPe Silver Peak
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with network configuration and management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices

Good-to-Have Skills/Knowledge:

• BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP
• Cloud Networking
• Automation
• Wireless
• Firewalls

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation is mandatory.

Educational Qualification: A 15-year full-time education is required.
