Project Role: Application Support Engineer
About the Role:
Act as software detectives within a dynamic environment. You will identify and resolve issues across various components of critical business systems, ensuring smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform independently to become an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in documenting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies.
Technical Skills Required:
- Must Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular, debugging front-end applications, responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and web development best practices.
• Good To Have: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: At least 15 years of full-time education (typically a Master's degree).
• Location: This position is based at our Chennai office.
