In this role, you will act as a software detective, providing dynamic service to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Your expertise in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. You will engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and contribute to documentation and process improvements. This is an opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively participate in team discussions, contributing solutions to complex technical challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Proficiency in EMR systems and related technologies.
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., OnBase, Solarity) is a plus.
- Skills in data management and analytics (e.g., SSIS, Tableau, Informatica, DataWarehouse ETL, Power BI, Business Intelligence Tools, Data Engineering).
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques and system performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
