As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture Bengaluru, you will serve as a critical software detective, providing dynamic technical support to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Your role involves collaborating with diverse teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless operation of essential applications. Daily responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide and manage the support team, making key decisions and driving problem-solving efforts.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to contribute to critical decisions and solutions, addressing issues both within your immediate team and across broader organizational systems.
- Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and improve overall support processes.
- Monitoring system performance proactively to identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Leveraging expertise in Ab Initio to ensure robust and efficient application support, with a strong emphasis on data integration, ETL processes, and database management.
Key Requirements:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
