Application Specialist

Accurex Biomedical, a leading name in India's diagnostic industry, is seeking a proactive and customer-centric Application Specialist in Kolkata. This role is integral to supporting our diagnostic and laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for delivering essential product training, conducting compelling demonstrations, providing expert technical support, and ensuring our customers achieve optimal product utilization, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, installations, and application support for clients.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers, laboratory personnel, and internal sales teams on product operation and workflows.
• Offer technical assistance during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Address and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with service departments as necessary.
• Support validation, calibration, and quality control processes.
• Perform product trials and evaluations at customer facilities.
• Develop and present technical reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate valuable market insights to product and sales teams.
• Participate in industry workshops, conferences, and promotional events as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years. Freshers with relevant potential may be considered.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in diagnostic/laboratory instruments and their applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
