Application Lead - Bengaluru
About the Role:Spearhead the design, build, and configuration of applications as the primary technical lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing team decisions and fostering professional growth for junior members.
- Lead planning and execution of application development to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide solutions across multiple teams to ensure seamless project outcomes.
Educational Requirement:Mandatory 15 years full-time education.

- Mandatory proficiency in Atlassian JIRA
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Siebel Configuration (Good to have)
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle and configuration management processes
- Skill in customizing and optimizing JIRA workflows for project needs
- Familiarity with issue tracking, reporting features within Atlassian JIRA
