Vanguard is seeking an Application Engineering Technical Lead - II based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role provides expert-level IT technical leadership for critical software, middleware, and hardware projects across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Direction, evaluation, selection, configuration, implementation, and integration of new technologies and tools. - Optimization of backend systems to ensure performance, secure architecture, and scalability. - Approval of development options, deliverables, and technical solutions proposed by team members. - Acting as a key liaison with stakeholders to communicate risks and solution strategies effectively. - Mentoring staff on IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards. - Reviewing, authoring, and approving technical documentation and architecture diagrams. - Ensuring compliance with Information Security policies. Technical Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration. - Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web development, API integration, and component-based architectures. - Hands-on experience with accessibility standards, performance optimization, automated testing, backend integrations, database concepts, and application design.
