What You'll Be Doing:

• Leverage cutting-edge Synopsys implementation technologies, including Machine Learning, Physical Synthesis, and Multi-Source Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), to resolve intricate PPA challenges faced by our global customer base.
• Develop and troubleshoot advanced RTL-to-GDSII implementation methodologies and flows.
• Provide critical technical solutions by diagnosing design and/or EDA tool issues and delivering effective resolutions for customers.
• Translate customer insights and findings into actionable requirements for our R&D teams, driving tool enhancements and adaptive long-term solutions to improve tool behaviors.
• Deploy new technologies utilizing the latest EDA versions and guide customers in migrating to newer versions to achieve optimal PPA.
• Proactively identify customer pain points and conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Collaborate closely with Synopsys R&D and product development teams to shape the future of our technologies.
• Serve as a crucial customer advocate when communicating with in-house R&D and act as a product brand ambassador during customer engagements.

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Physical Implementation from RTL to GDSII.
• Proven experience in debugging and resolving complex Synthesis and Place & Route (PnR) implementation challenges.
• Solid exposure to implementing methodology changes to achieve targeted PPA metrics for intricate designs.
• Proficiency with Synopsys implementation tools is considered a significant advantage.
