Job Opportunity: PHP (Laravel) & Java Developer in Delhi, India

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a skilled PHP (Laravel) & Java Developer with 1.5+ years of relevant experience to join their team in Delhi, India. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-reliability applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to ensure rapid resolution of production issues and optimal application performance. This role requires a developer proficient in both PHP (Laravel) and Java, with a deep understanding of database management, version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using PHP (Laravel) and Java.
• Deploy applications with high reliability and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews and Git workflows.
• Ensure system stability, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Core Development: Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel framework preferred) and Java.
• Debugging & Performance: Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
• Database Management: Solid understanding of MySQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Version Control: Deep knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, merge workflows, code reviews, and best practices.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins and Azure DevOps, with specialization in automated code deployment and release pipeline design/management.
• Infrastructure & Systems: Proficiency in Nginx and Linux, including Linux-based application setup, monitoring, and configuration.
• Exposure To: AWS Cloud, Docker, and Microservices architecture.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 1.5+ years of strong hands-on experience in both PHP (Laravel) and Java. Candidates with experience in only one of the required technologies will not be considered.
