About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer specializing in SAP BTP to design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to understand their needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure application alignment with strategic business objectives. You will be instrumental in problem-solving and contributing to project success through your application development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions, including coding and enhancing components across various systems and applications.
• Utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performing solutions addressing specific business needs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP BTP application development.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective performance and execution.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to critical decision-making processes across multiple teams.
• Provide robust solutions to challenges faced by your immediate team and other departments.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team capabilities and expertise.
• Monitor project progress diligently to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application development and application integration using APIs.
• A strong understanding of the application lifecycle management process.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP application development.
• Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
