Application Developer

About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to gain a deep understanding of project needs, developing innovative and efficient solutions, and ensuring that all applications are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in critical problem-solving activities, contributing significantly to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Furthermore, you will take ownership of managing your team's performance and making effective decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
• Be responsible for making key team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to problems faced by your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members, focusing on enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills:
• Proficiency in React.js is essential.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure high application quality.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our office in Pune.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
