Application Developer

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet evolving business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with diverse teams, understand their unique needs, and develop innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives. A typical day involves problem-solving, providing support and guidance to team members, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate effectively, and contribute to key team and cross-team decisions. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of application features are also key responsibilities. This role requires a strong understanding of the application development lifecycle and marketing automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to perform development tasks.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams to provide solutions and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with data integration tools and APIs.
• Strong understanding of application development lifecycle.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
• Familiarity with marketing automation strategies and best practices.

This position is based at our Pune office and requires 15 years of full-time education.
