Application Developer

As an Application Developer in Pune, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to thoroughly understand project needs, developing innovative application features, and ensuring that all solutions seamlessly align with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute significantly to the overall success of our projects by expertly leveraging your deep expertise in application development. We are looking for an individual who is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), capable of collaborating with and managing the team to perform at their best, taking responsibility for team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Continuous evaluation and improvement of application performance and user experience are also key aspects of this role.
