Application Developer

About The Role

As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with your team to thoroughly understand project needs, developing innovative and efficient solutions, and ensuring that all applications are perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving activities, contribute significantly to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, and effectively manage your team's performance and critical decisions. We are seeking an experienced Application Developer for our Pune office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and guide the team to ensure optimal performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems encountered by your immediate team and across various teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Continuously assess and implement improvements to application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Demonstrated experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
