Application Developer

As an Application Developer in Pune, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to thoroughly understand project needs, developing innovative technical solutions, and ensuring that all applications align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in critical problem-solving activities, contributing significantly to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. This role also encompasses managing your team's performance and making effective decisions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with and managing your team to achieve peak performance and taking responsibility for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions, providing solutions to problems faced by your immediate team and across other departments. A crucial aspect of this role involves mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and continuously assessing and improving application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is essential.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Proven experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
