About The Role
As an Application Developer at Accenture in Pune, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to deeply understand project needs, developing innovative and efficient solutions, and ensuring all applications are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in complex problem-solving activities and contribute significantly to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
- Collaborate with and guide the team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Take ownership of and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage effectively with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide robust solutions to problems, addressing challenges for your immediate team and extending across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously enhance team capabilities and foster a learning environment.
- Monitor project progress diligently, ensuring the timely delivery of all project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- A strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and related technologies.
- Proven experience with database management, including optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is essential.
- The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is a core requirement.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This exciting opportunity is based at our Pune office.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
