About The Role
Project Role: Application Developer
Project Role Description: As an Application Developer in Pune, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with talented team members to deeply understand project needs, conceptualize and develop innovative solutions, and ensure that all applications are perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in critical problem-solving activities, contributing significantly to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. This role also involves effectively managing your team's performance and guiding key decisions.
Summary: In this role, you will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include providing robust solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge, and continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
