Application Developer
Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join their team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet specific business process and application requirements.
Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to thoroughly understand project needs, developing innovative and effective solutions, and ensuring that all applications align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to the overall success of the projects you are assigned to, and effectively manage your team's performance and critical decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Take ownership of team decisions and their outcomes.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide robust solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their skill and knowledge enhancement.
- Continuously assess and implement improvements for application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is essential.
- Strong understanding and practical application of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Demonstrated experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
- Solid knowledge of version control systems, with a preference for Git.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7.5 years of dedicated experience in Java Full Stack Development.
