Project Role Description : Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role is for an experienced Application Developer in Pune.

Summary: As an Application Developer in Pune, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with your team to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet business objectives. You will actively participate in problem-solving and contribute to project success, while also effectively managing team performance and decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.

Qualification: 15 years full time education.
