About The Role

As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to deeply understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that all applications are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in complex problem-solving activities, participate in critical team meetings, and contribute significantly to the overall success of projects by delivering high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate effectively and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide robust solutions to problems encountered by your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements for application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, along with build and deployment tools.
• Experience with Architectural Design and Deployment Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required in application development.
• Additional Information specifies a minimum of 6 years of experience in Spring Boot.

Qualifications:

15 years of full-time education is required.
