Your Responsibilities

As an RPA Developer, your core responsibility is to identify and design business processes for automation. This includes setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize the risk of errors in business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and design business processes suitable for automation.
• Configure, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure efficient and error-free business operations.
• Provide post-implementation monitoring and maintenance of automations, resolving issues to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Generate comprehensive process documentation to record successes, identify areas for improvement, and refine future processes.
• Implement Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure high-quality automation and prevent potential bugs.

Qualifications

Preferred Education:

Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA Development, specifically using UiPath.
• Proven experience in VBA (Macro) Development.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and .Net.
• A strong understanding of business process requirements and design.
• Ability to configure automation processes in alignment with solution design documents.
• Capability to manage and work on multiple RPA projects concurrently.
• Commitment to ensuring the quality of coded components through end-to-end unit testing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Expertise with various automation tools, including Blue Prism, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or .NET.
• Experience working with databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
