Application Developer

Accenture is seeking a skilled Application Developer to join their team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. A typical day involves close collaboration with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications align with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development.

Key responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing a team to perform tasks, and making critical team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to problems for both your immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of application features are also expected.

Must-have technical skills include:

• Proficiency in Splunk.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with data integration and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically with Splunk. This position requires 15 years of full-time education.
