About The Role
As an Application Developer at Accenture, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to meticulously gather requirements, develop robust application features, and ensure seamless integration within the existing infrastructure. You will actively engage in complex problem-solving, delivering innovative solutions to enhance application performance and elevate user experience, all while prioritizing quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

- Expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), fostering collaboration and managing the team to achieve optimal performance.
- Hold responsibility for key team decisions and strategic direction.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams, contributing significantly to critical decision-making processes.
- Provide effective solutions to challenges encountered by your immediate team and across broader organizational teams.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
