About The Role
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and optimizing applications for performance and usability. You will actively participate in problem-solving, provide support and guidance to team members, and consistently seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Be accountable for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
