Application Developer

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join their team in Mumbai or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet specific business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions aligned with business objectives, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and usability.

You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing teams, making critical team decisions, and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across other teams, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of application features.

Must-have skills include: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong understanding of application design principles, methodologies, database management, optimization techniques, and integration tools is essential. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently is also required.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
